The Platform is owned by SHREE SANWARIYA INTERNATIONAL, a company/entity incorporated and operating under applicable laws, having its registered office at Shop No. 18, Shyamved Society, New Nikol, Gujarat, India(hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SHREE SANWARIYA INTERNATIONAL, subject to applicable law.
